THE CHALLENGE

Digitizing the entire student journey and identifying innovation opportunities
The Ânima Institute faced the challenge of understanding how digital solutions could unlock new business opportunities and enhance the student journey, from entrance exams and course selection to post-graduation development.
It was necessary to identify and validate initiatives that integrated technology and customer experience to meet the increasingly high expectations of the educational market.
